Deokseong Building in Seoul is a shopping mall where you can bring fabric and have clothes tailored to fit you. You can have custom garments made in your preferred design instead of buying ready-made clothes. The basement has several restaurants where you can have a meal. Most of the former bookstores have disappeared, leaving only a few.
