Somun

Somun is a Korean restaurant in the Yongbieocheonga officetel commercial building next to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. It serves Korean course meals made with ingredients from across the country, including Andong hanwoo, Damyang bamboo shoots, and Tongyeong sea squirt, cooked with little artificial seasoning for a mild taste. Each guest receives one pair of wooden chopsticks and one pair of metal chopsticks, and the wooden chopsticks are meant for serving food. Portions are on the small side.
