Pyeongwon Sut-Bul Galbi

Pyeongwon Sutbul Dwaeji Galbi is a grilled pork rib restaurant in Hyoje-dong, Seoul, a seven- to eight-minute walk from Jongno 5-ga Station. It par-grills pork ribs, fresh ribs, and jjolgit-sal, then finishes them over charcoal, turning every five seconds. Jjolgit-sal yields only about a palm's worth per pig, so each table is limited to one 150-gram serving. There are almost no basic side dishes, and there is no parking lot.
