Mijin Sutbul Makchang

Mijin Sutbul Makchang grills pork makchang and jeolchang gui over charcoal near Gwanghwamun and Kyobo Book Centre in Jongno, Seoul. The makchang comes pre-grilled, crisp outside and chewy inside, and is eaten with pa jeori and makjang. Arriving early means entering without a wait, and outdoor seating is available. Seats are packed close together, which makes conversation with neighbours difficult.
