Maji is a vegan Korean course restaurant in an alley in Tongin-dong, Seochon, behind Gyeongbokgung Station, Seoul, and does not use eggs, peanuts, or the five pungent vegetables. Its set menu includes gujeolpan, yeonnipbap, baenaengmyeon, and deulkkae sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), served in that order. Reservations are required, and the dishes are served one at a time inside a hanok, followed by lotus leaf tea and snacks. The food contains very little seasoning and has a mild taste.
