Janggyo Sikdang

Janggyo Sikdang is a restaurant in Yeonji-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, where galmaegisal and samgyeopsal are grilled over charcoal in an alley near Gwangjang Market. The kitchen pre-grills the meat, and diners finish it on a table grill. The meat is full of juices, and side dishes come with it. Gyeranjjim is served as a complimentary menu item.
