Honam Tripe

Honam Gopchang is an old restaurant in the gopchang alley inside Sinjin Market in Jongno 5-ga, Seoul, serving vegetable gopchang and makchang. A common way to eat here is sundae gopchang with gopchang, followed by bokkeum bap. The vegetable gopchang comes with perilla leaf and lettuce, and the bokkeum bap can be ordered separately. The gopchang is soft and chewy, not tough, and has no gamey smell.
