Hidden Sushi

Hidden Sushi in Daehak-ro serves sushi and sashimi with thick cuts of fish. The special sushi comes with long, thick slices of hoe on top, along with salmon roe and sea urchin. The owner runs the place alone, so orders can take time when they pile up, and the sushi comes with a mini udon. The udon broth is plain and is a weaker part of the meal compared to the sushi.
