Guma Sushi

Kumasushi is a sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves a dinner omakase in the Gwanghwamun area. The chef presents sushi one piece at a time, finishing with yuja lemon sherbet and ochazuke. The restaurant seats only 10 people at a time and runs on a weekday reservation system, with dinner taking about 80 minutes. Portions are on the small side for diners with a large appetite.
