Golmok Bunsik is a small old restaurant in the alleys of Euljiro in Seoul, serving suyuk, golbaengi, kkomak and kalguksu. The suyuk is boiled until chewy and tender, and the kalguksu comes in a cool, light broth. It opens at 11:40 and has no menu, so dishes other than suyuk and kalguksu are ordered by asking the owner. There are only three or four tables, so the room is cramped and busy once a few customers arrive.
