Gogi Myeongga

Gogi Myeongga is a meat restaurant in a small market alley in Jongno, Seoul, grilling pork collar, chuck flap, and beef galbi. It also serves yukhoe, yuksashimi, and jjageuli, with tender pork collar and fresh, savory yuksashimi. Ordering meat brings a complimentary piece or two of chuck flap, and the owner sometimes sends out jeon or yukhoe. The saeng deungsim and saeng samgyeop are firm and dry.
