Geummun is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that has operated since 1940, near Hyehwa Station, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its samseon ganjjajang is prepared by pouring the sauce in advance, topping it with a fried egg, and adding squid and shrimp. Samseon jjamppong contains bamboo shoots, shrimp, mussels, squid, and meat, and its broth is heavy but not spicy. The tangsuyuk comes mixed with sauce and the portion is on the small side.
