Eunseol Seolleongtang

Eunseol Seolleongtang is a second-generation seolleongtang restaurant in Bukchon, Seoul, serving clear Seoul-style seolleongtang in the Bukchon Hanok Village and Samcheong-dong area. Its signature Hanwoo Eunseol-tang contains Hanwoo cow brisket and leg bone, pine mushroom, ginseng, and beef tendon, while the Hanwoo Seolguksu-tang comes with thick medium noodles rather than thin somyeon. The restaurant is a Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs-designated safe restaurant, and it serves cabbage kimchi and seokbakji. The space is a hanok building with full-length windows and a jangdokdae in the yard, and guests enter wearing shoes rather than sitting on the floor.
