Dotori Pyeonbaekjip

Dotori Pyeonbaekjip is a meat restaurant near Hyehwa Station in Daehangno, Seoul, serving pyeonbaek chim and shabu-shabu together. Bean sprouts are laid down and chadolbagi, mushrooms, and tofu are steamed in a cypress box, then dipped in a sauce made to taste. The shabu-shabu comes in a special paper bowl instead of a pot. The amount of meat is on the small side.
