DoRyang

Doryang is a Chinese restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, serving dongpo pork, eohyang gaji, and hot pot. The dongpo pork comes with bok choy and is soft enough to pull apart with chopsticks, while the eohyang gaji is stuffed with shrimp and crisp on the outside. One party waited from 9 a.m. and entered at 11 a.m. as the second group of the day, and the second floor has a private room where ten people dined and seats for individual hot pot. Reservations are difficult and a wait is common.
