Chungchun Sujebi

Cheongchun Sujebi is on Insadong 12-gil in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and serves Korean dishes including sujebi, kalguksu, and kongguksu. The sujebi dough is chewy, and the cold kongguksu comes with thick soybean broth, with tteokgalbi served alongside. It is set up for eating alone, and vegan dishes can be ordered together with regular ones. In summer, yeolmu-guksu and cold kongguksu are available.
