Bultaneun Gopchang

Bultaneun Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant on the road from Jongno 5-ga to Chungsin Market in Seoul, selling gopchang and makchang. Gopchang, makchang, yang, and yeomtong are pre-grilled and placed on a cast-iron plate, while gan and cheonyeop come as basic servings. It is busier at dinner and on weekends than at lunch, and photos of celebrity visitors hang inside. The gopchang is chewy enough that it takes a long time to eat.
