Bonga Dak Hanmari Gwanghwamun serves dak hanmari and dak doritang, chicken dishes built on a rich, clear chicken broth with meaty chicken and chives on the side. The dak kalguksu arrives with chicken breast and noodles together in the broth rather than as individual portions. The restaurant has few staff for its size, so order and serving mistakes happen often.
