Biwon Handmade Kalguksu

Biwon Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu shop near Changdeokgung and the Roh Moo-hyun Citizen Center in Seoul that serves knife-cut noodles and jeon. The signature kalguksu has noodles soaked in a light broth, and memil jeonbyeong, modum jeon, and mandu jeongol are served as well. The noodles absorb the broth, and adding kimchi balances the seasoning. On weekday lunchtimes, dishes arrive out of order and waits get long.
