Shanghai Banjeom is an old Chinese restaurant in Changsin 1-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, near Exit 4 of Dongdaemun Station, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The ganjjajang is packed with vegetables, and the tangsuyuk set is large and comes out quickly. The hall has many four-person tables and seats about 60 people at once, and water must be fetched yourself. It gets busy enough at mealtimes that there are almost no empty seats.
