Roh Moo-Hyun Civic Center

Saram Saneun Sesang Roh Moo-hyun Citizen Center is a space for exhibitions and civic activity honoring President Roh Moo-hyun, located in Wonseo-dong next to Changdeokgung. The cafe on the third floor sells coffee, drinks, sliced cake, and cookies, and about 2,000 books are available to read freely. It officially opened on September 23, 2022, and has a basement seminar room, a multipurpose hall, and phone booths and a terrace on the second floor. It is closed on Mondays.
