Monog

Monok is a dessert cafe in Seoul that serves desserts and tea with views of a hanok and a garden. Its seasonal tea pairing includes vanilla hojicha bingsu, cilantro lemon avocado monaka, and hojicha cookies. A large window looks out onto the traditional hanok and garden, and quiet music plays in the small space. The bingsu contains lemon shibust cream, vanilla cream, strawberry confit dice, pistachio cristallise, meringue, and hojicha ganache.
