Bebachi Hwadeok is a wood-fired bakery in the Gwanghwamun alleys of Seoul that sells bagels, baguettes, and ciabatta. Each morning it bakes naturally leavened dough in the oven, turning out chewy bagels and jambon-beurre baguette sandwiches. Bread that has cooled is reheated in the oven for customers eating in, and the cream cheese and the meat in the sandwiches are made in-house. The coffee is ordinary.
