Wongaksa Site (Tapgol Park)

Wongaksa Park is in Jongno, Seoul. It holds a protected ten-story stone pagoda built in 1465 and the Wongaksa Stele. A legend says circling the pagoda grants wishes, and the site carries a history of longing for independence. Older residents of the area gather here to talk.
