Ujeongchongguk is next to Jogyesa near Jonggak Station in Seoul. Established in 1884 as Joseon’s first modern post office, it began postal administration. The interior has a small exhibition room on Hong Yeongsik, the Gapsin Coup, and postal items and stamps from the period. It is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., closing for lunch from 11:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.
