Punggi Dae is a wind-direction measuring instrument from the Joseon dynasty inside Changgyeonggung Palace in Seoul. It was installed to observe changes in the wind, and an Angbu Ilgu sundial stands beside it. It is reached by following the wooded path behind Yanghwadang toward Chundangji Pond. The relic is designated Treasure No. 846.
