Injeongjeon is the main hall of Changdeokgung in Seoul, near Hyehwa Station, and served as the throne hall of the Joseon royal court. State events such as royal investitures, audiences, and weddings took place here, and the eodo path and the rank stones of officials remain in the front courtyard. From March 4 to March 29, on Wednesdays through Sundays, a special viewing opens the interior of Injeongjeon in connection with the existing guided tour. The hall burned down during the Imjin War and again in the third year of King Sunjo's reign, and after reconstruction and repairs it no longer stands in its original form.
