Hanji House is an exhibition and hands-on cultural space in the center of Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul that reinterprets traditional hanji. The first floor displays and sells hanji objects and works, while the basement level is where visitors make bookmarks and book covers themselves. Booking through Naver makes the basement workshop free, and participants take home what they make. Staff explain how the color and texture differ by type of hanji, and hanji photo-print goods can be requested on a first-come, first-served basis.
