Gongpyeong Historic Sites Museum

The Gongpyeong Dosi Yujeok Jeonsigwan is in Gongpyeong-dong behind Jonggak Station in Seoul. It preserves and displays alleyways and building sites from the Joseon period through modern Gyeongseong in their original locations. An escalator behind the building leads down to basement level 1, where guided explanations are held three times a day and last 30 to 40 minutes. Ruins are visible beneath a glass floor, which can make walking feel unsettling at first.
