Gyedong Baeryeom Gaok is a small modern hanok in Bukchon where the Korean painter Baeryeom lived. It is now a culture and arts space open to the public, with exhibitions and hands-on programs, and visitors can rest there for free. Built in the mid-to-late 1930s, the house is designated Registered Cultural Heritage No. 85 and keeps its old appearance. Its size is not large.
