Udon Kaden

Udon Kaden is an udon restaurant in Jeju run by chef Jung Ho-young. The clam udon carries a sea aroma, the cold udon has a mild lemon scent, and hairtail tempura is also sold. The noodles are made in-house and are chewy. Waits to enter can exceed two hours, and the broth and seasoning are ordinary.
