Sinchon Deokindang

Sinchon Deogindang is a bakery in Sinchon, Jeju, selling Jeju-style barley bread and mugwort bread. The barley bread comes in a plain version and a red bean version, while the mugwort bread is filled with mashed red bean paste and has a strong mugwort aroma. The barley and mugwort breads are less sweet than instant steamed buns, and parking is available in the yard. The red bean filling in the barley red bean bread is dry and crumbly, so it scatters easily while eating.
