Jorim Jeonmunjeom Jeju

This hairtail restaurant sits a three-minute drive from Hamdeok Beach, a little outside the city center in Jeju. The signature dish is hairtail braised with dried radish greens and radish, eaten wrapped in seaweed. The hairtail flesh is soft and separates easily from the bones, and the side dishes and zucchini jeon come out clean. The seasoning is not sweet and runs on the spicy side.
