Hamdeok Jokbal Seuroun is a restaurant in Hamdeok, Jeju, serving jokbal, bul-jokbal, and bossam. The jokbal has moist lean meat and soft, chewy skin, and comes with eoriguljeot, myeongtae-sikhye, and mu. Bul-jokbal, front leg meat, makguksu, and jaengban noodles are also sold. The jokbal and bossam do not carry a meat smell.
