Hamdeogjjim

Hamdeok Jjim is a restaurant in Jeju that serves Hamdeok duruchigi and galbijjim. The signature Hamdeok duruchigi tops squid (hanchi), abalone, meat, bean sprouts and gosari with broth and simmers them, and diners order fried rice to finish. Vegetables and egg jjim can be refilled, and cheese fried rice comes on the side. The galbijjim is bland.
