Sushi Mirai is a Japanese-style restaurant serving sushi in Jeonju's Gaeksa area. It serves sushi alongside gaji twigim, fried eggplant characterized by a miso sauce and a crisp texture. On a Friday evening at 5:30 there was almost no wait, but the number of people waiting grew from around 6 p.m. The food is on the salty side.
