seito

Seito is an udon restaurant in Hyoja-dong, Jeonju. It serves tori udon, maze udon, and kake udon, and the brothless maze udon can be mixed with rice after the noodles are finished. At lunch it serves udon, and at dinner it serves omakase; around 12:40 pm the wait was three parties. There is no separate parking lot.
