Jayu Sikdang

Jayu Sikdang is a baekban restaurant in Jeonju. It serves cheonggukjang baekban, jeyuk bokkeum, and various side dishes, and ordering jeyuk lets you choose either cheonggukjang or kimchi stew. Avoid the lunch window between 12 and 1 p.m.; arriving at 11:40 or around 1 p.m. gives you a more relaxed meal. The kimchi stew is on the strongly sour side.
