Honghwayeon

Honghwayeon is a Chinese restaurant inside Jeonju's Nambu Market. It serves heukdon muljjajang and haemul jjamppong, and the muljjajang is made by stir-frying vegetables and seafood and thickening it with starch. The jjamppong contains vegetables, mushrooms, and seafood, with a spicy broth made from heukdon. The aprons are dirty and other food residue is left on the bowls, so hygiene is lacking.
