Geumamdongtae Maeul is a pollack soup restaurant near Jeonju Express Bus Terminal. Each diner boils their own pollack soup and can add sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) dough, aged in-house, as an unlimited refill. The broth is clean and spicy, and rice and broth are also unlimited refills. The restaurant is busy and not quiet, and the broth needs to be boiled for a long time.
