Kkokko Dak is a chicken restaurant in Busan that serves old-style whole chicken, fried chicken, and yangnyeom whole chicken. The salt-grilled chicken is cooked in an oven, and the gochujang charcoal chicken is grilled over charcoal and then coated in sauce. The restaurant continues a 48-year tradition and is now run by a second-generation owner together with the first-generation owner's mother. It makes its own chicken mu and seasoning sauce, and also sells samgyetang and other dishes alongside the chicken.
