Seongsimdon

Seongsim Don is a pork restaurant in Jeju. It serves four cuts of pork, eaten with sides such as scallop jeotgal and wasabi. The owner and staff cut the meat with scissors, grill it, and place it on plates with the side dishes. The dining room is not large and seats fill up often.
