Salang-Ae

Sarangaae is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in Jeju that serves seafood omakase. The mackerel hoe comes with seaweed, onion and a seasoned sauce, alongside squid (hanchi) jeon, yellowtail hoe and ttak-saeu (small lobster-like shrimp). The seafood menu continues with red sea cucumber, turban shell, abalone, mulhoe, mackerel momguk and grilled sea bream. The amount of hoe is on the small side.
