Ruby Sikdang is a Jeju restaurant in Jeju-si, in front of a hospital. It serves momguk (pork and gulfweed soup) and abalone ttukbaegi, and the momguk is boiled with gulfweed harvested by Jeju haenyeo and black pork. A haenyeo grandmother runs it and has kept the place for 30 years, and the side dishes come out in many varieties like a set meal. Galbitang comes in a naengmyeon (cold noodles) bowl with only three pieces of galbi, so the contents are sparse.
