Pulgore

Pulgores is a Korean dining spot in Jeju City. It serves octopus and sea lettuce rice, tteokbokki with salted hairtail innards, dried tofu, and sundae, with a menu that changes to follow Jeju's seasonal ingredients. The owner or a server explains the dishes, and diners can choose between traditional makgeolli and nine-grain makgeolli. There are only a few tables and the owner runs the place alone, so food takes time to arrive.
