Pellong Pellong

Pelong Pelong serves wood-fired pizza and pasta near Jeju City Hall. The dough is baked to order, and the half-and-half pizza comes with calzone and a star-shaped whole-mozzarella section. The flat linguine noodles hold their shape without going soft, and the dining room is larger than it appears. Everything from the pizza dough to the sauces is made entirely by hand, with no preservatives or additives.
