M.A.T is a French course restaurant in Nohyeong, Jeju, using Jeju ingredients. Its courses include beef tartare, steak, shrimp dishes, and a special fish dish. Diners can choose from three courses up to the longest course, and there is a wide selection of wines by the glass. The bread and desserts are less accomplished than the food.
