Joganе S omeori Gukbap is a beef-head soup rice restaurant inside Dongmun Market in Jeju. It receives Hanwoo beef heads daily, boils and slices them on site, and serves gukbap and suyuk. The restaurant sits in the newly renovated market food section, and the broth is seasoned well enough to eat without adding anything. Prices have risen considerably recently.
