Iinja Ppyeodagwi Haejangguk

Iinja Ppyeodagwi Haejangguk is a neighborhood restaurant in Nohyeong, Jeju, serving ppyeodagwi haejangguk and gamjatang. The pork bones come with plenty of meat attached, and the broth, made with doenjang and minced garlic, has a strong perilla seed flavor. Each bowl is boiled to order after the order is placed, and the meal can be finished with bokkeumbap or bibimbap after eating the bones.
