Hyeongdon is a black pork restaurant in Jeju that serves pork collar and samgyeopsal (pork belly). Meat is grilled over charcoal, and kimchi stew and noodles are also on the menu. The restaurant fills up within twenty minutes of opening at 6 p.m., and staff grill the pre-cooked meat through to the end at the table. Black pork is on the higher end of the price range.
